In Vino Veritas
Well, it’s Friday and I want to leave you with another wine quote.
The only accredited origin I could find for this saying traced it back to Medieval Germany. It’s hard to believe that people back then could have perceived such a logical connection between drinking vino and salvation, but it makes perfect sense to me.
Practice it this weekend and let me know how it goes:
“Drink wine, and you will sleep well. Sleep, and you will not sin. Avoid sin, and you will be saved. Ergo, drink wine and be saved.”
